To secure your hunt, deposit is required within 2 weeks of the reservation.  That deposit can be made by mailing your personal check to the address below. Deposit amounts vary with each hunt and you will be given that amount upon booking.

  For Texas Whitetail Hunt - balance should be received by Rocky Woodford Outfitting no later than September 30.

 For all other hunts the balance is due during the hunt.
