Kudu, an African animal, is one of the most beautiful of all hunting species.  This majestic beauty is from the antelope family inclusive of the bongo, eland, and bushbuck.  Both male and females are marked with white stripes along their sides but only males have the long, spiral horns.  Their horns reach an average length of 50+ inches.  They do not fight with their horns as other antlered animals.  They feed on bushes, trees, and other browse.  Kudu are known to jump as high as 11.5 ft. when stressed.
